Braid Premium Theme for XBOX
January 9th, 2009

There’s a Braid Premium Theme for XBOX available on the XBOX Live Marketplace. You can download it for 250 space bucks (roughly $3.10) and make your XBOX all Braidy.
To find it, turn on your XBOX 360 with an internet connection, go to Game Marketplace > Explore Game Content > Themes & Gamer Pictures > Browse > B > Braid > Braid Premium Theme. Wow, that looks complicated! It should also be in New Arrivals for the time being.
Here are some screenshots so you know what you’re getting yourself into. We used the city background from the beginning of the game as the main wallpaper, and created vignettes from the different worlds for the Friends channel. Honestly, we took our time and tried to do a really good job. Hopefully fans of the game won’t be disappointed.
Also, there’s no logo anywhere. We figure that people who buy the Braid theme probably already know about the game!

I really like the art, especially the friend backgrounds, but what’s with that bland gray stage covering half of it in the first few photos?

That’s the “surface,” and the lords of XBOX require it. It’s present in all themes.

This looks great. I’m going to buy it right now. I just wish there was a Bloopi Avatar with nipple tassels.(This is where David replies by hinting that there bringing him back for the PC version)

I know this isn’t strictly related to the new XBox theme… BUT! I was wondering if you could add the five jigsaw paintings to the Braid Briefcase. I know it’s a bit cheeky considering how generous you’ve already been with your gorgeous artwork, but I’d LOVE to be able to see them “properly” (as it were) and, well, if you don’t ask…
Thanks a lot
